This smoothie is sooooo good and creamy! I have tried so many different smoothie recipes and they always seem so watered down. This is my rendition on the classic peanut butter banana smoothie! It is perfect for after a hard workout. It has protein to recover as well as the banana prevents muscle cramping!
Creamy Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie:
1 frozen banana
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tablespoons of PB2
1 tablespoon of honey
1 scoop of My Protein unflavored protein (or any protein you have)
Instructions: add all ingredients to blender and blend away!
Pour into a cup and drizzle the top with chocolate syrup!
***Extra tip: If you can afford a little more sugar, add a scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt! It really makes it taste so much better!
